My stay with Oiwi was excellent. He showed me all around Oxford, we hung out at some cool pubs, including this amazing mediterranean place where we drank mint tea and got drunk on sangria while eating tapas.

So, I sort of jumped back into this blog a few weeks ago, and I posted more in the month of July than I had the entire last two years combined. I don't really have a coherent vision for where this thing is going, so I'd love some feedback from anyone who's been reading. I know there are at least a few of you. Leave a comment if you have any suggestions on what you'd like to see--maybe more or less of something, or even a specific topic you'd like to see me write about.

Keep doing the "I'm travelling more now then you ever will" bit. It leaves me feeling that I am not chained to my cubicle and an ever ringing phone from some blowhard needing some information he knows nothing about for his daft manager.
That someone is enjoying life is reason for blogging enough.
wah. I have a mortgage. wah.
However, I am married on Saturday. There is some cause for celebrating in this world.
Again, it was amazing to see you too, my friend. :-)
Your blog is very good, too. (Not that I'm an expert...) But I especially enjoy seeing myself in it - sort of makes it more personal (even if that sounds, justifiably, narcissistic ;-).
I'd say keep writing about traveling, being a stranger, and having adventures.
The scooter accident sounds crazy! I'm glad you're alright. It makes a good story, though.
You're well on your way, I would think, to becoming the next Henry Miller or some such. Ooh! Could I be Hemingway?
And do you think America needs another Lost Generation of writers to help it find its way? Or is that too grand and self indulgent a notion?
